1. Purchases from webshop
1.1 These sales and delivery conditions apply to all purchases on the web shop. When an order is placed on the web shop, the customer automatically agrees to the sales and delivery conditions.
1.2 www.louisefind.dk is normally open 24 hours, but can be closed due to maintenance or similar matters.
1.3 Purchasing on the webshop is only for private customers.
1.4 To make purchases from the webshop the customer must be of legal age and possess a payment method accepted in the webshop.
1.5 Via the webshop on the website, the wanted items are chosen. The items are placed in an electronic basket. The purchase is completed with payment.
1.6 The customer will receive a receipt for the purchase on email immediately after the purchase is completed.
1.7 Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Paypal and Danish MobilePay are accepted as method of payment The money will be withdrawn when the package is sent from our storage.
1.8 The customers payment will be deducted from their account upon shipment. If the delivery is split in several deliveries, the payment will be deducted upon first shipment. However, payments made through Paypal are deducted upon ordering.
1.9 The purchase is not completed until the customer receives an order confirmation via e-mail. The order confirmation will be sent within 24 hours of completion of the purchase.
1.10 An order can be cancelled by Louise Find Fine Jewellery ApS without reason. A notice concerning this will be sent to the customer within 24 hours of the order via e-mail.
1.11 All prices include VAT.
1.12 Payment can be made in all international currencies. However the prices are featured in Danish Kroner (DKK) and in Euro.
2.1 The goods will be shipped within 3 business days after the order is completed in Denmark, 3-5 business days within Europe, 3-7 business days outside of Europe, at the latest.
2.2 No deliveries can be made to P.O. Boxes.
2.3 The goods will be delivered to the customer by DHL/UPS/FedEx, in agreement with the terms of delivery of DHL/UPS/FedEx in the country of the recipient.
2.4 The customer takes over the risk of the goods upon delivery to the customer. The customer should immediately inspect the goods. If the parcel or the wrapping is harmed in a way that could lead to suspicion of damage to the goods, the customer should decline and refuse to sign for the delivery.
2.5 Delivery costs are included in the price of the goods within Denmark. Outside Denmark a fee of 200 DKK is added to the price during checkout.
3.1 Louise Find Fine Jewellery ApS delivers handmade jewellery. The customer therefore has to accept that the jewellery to a certain extent can differ concerning color, shape and size compared to the jewellery displayed on the webshop. Differences in color between delivered goods and the jewellery displayed on the webshop can also be experienced due to the color calibration of the screen the webshop is experienced through.
4. Conditions of return
4.1 The customer has the right to return any order, within 14 days from receiving the goods.
4.2 If the customer wishes to cancel an order, the customer has to inform Louise Find Fine Jewellery about the decision. The customer can inform about the return via firstname.lastname@example.org or in other way through a clear declaration.
4.3 The right to return can not be exercised just be declining to accept the shipment upon delivery.
4.4 To preserve the right to return, the customer has to give notice of the cancellation before the 14 days period defined in 4.1 expires.
4.5 By exercising the right to return, the customer has to return the goods immediately upon notifying of the cancellation, at the customers own expense.
4.6 When the goods has been returned and received by Louise Find Fine Jewellery ApS, and it is found that the returned goods are intact and in the same condition as at the time of shipment, the customer's payment will be refunded via the account number used when ordering.
4.7 The customer is entitled to a refund within 14 days after the notice of cancellation.
5. Conditions of exchange
5.1 The customer does not have the right to exchange the purchased product for another.
6.1 The guaranty gives the customer the right for reparation of the purchased product for 24 months if the claim is valid.
6.2 The guaranty does not cover damages of improper use or other harmful behavior to the product, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized action nor is the claim valued if it is due to one of the above mentioned reasons.
6.3 The customer is supposed to report the complaint within a reasonable time after the damage has been discovered. If a claim is made within two months after the damage has been discovered, the claim will always be valid.
6.4 If the claim is valid, a reasonable shipping cost will be refunded. The product must always be sent back in a secured packaging and the customer must remember to provide a receipt of the shipment so the costs can be refunded.
7. Trademarks and copyrights
7.1 All jewellery available on the webshop, and displayed on the webpage is protected by copyright law and design protection. The designs and copyright of the designs belong to Louise Find Fine Jewellery ApS or suppliers of Louise Find Fine Jewellery.
7.2 The same rule applies to the webpage and the design hereof, as well as the pictures of the jewellery offered.
8.1 The language of agreements are in Danish and in English.
9. Force Majeure
9.1In the event of strikes, labor conflicts, natural disasters, fire, war or warlike conditions, currency restrictions, terrorist attacks and other similar conditions that the parties do not control, the responsibility to meet the agreed requirements are discharged.
10.1 The conditions of sales and delivery can be changed. Therefore we recommend you to read the terms and conditions carefully before each and every purchase.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
11.1 All purchases are subject to Danish law.
11.2 Danish customers with the need to complain are referred to "Center for Klageløsning" and hereafter "Forbrugerklagenævnet":

11.3 EU citizens can use the EU Commission's complaint portal. The complaint form is available at http://ec.europa.eu/od
11.4 Upon submission of complaint our e-mail email@example.com has to be disclosed.
11.5 Disputes will be finally settled by the Danish courts, with the Copenhagen court as jurisdiction.
12.1 To purchase our product(s) the customer’s name, email and address must be shared. This information is used only to ship the order to the right place, send an order confirmation and notify the customer about delivery information.
12.2 The customer’s personal data will never be shared to any third party. Unwanted emails will never be sent, only if the customer has signed up for our newsletter. The customer’s name, email and address is saved in our system for accounting reasons only, in line with the Accountancy Act.
